Today, Jan operates her company with the assistance of her sons, Paul and Peter Davis. Mother and son team, Jan and Paul do all the buying and run the stores with no detail left undone. Peter, a graduate of St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia, PA) now boasts 12 years in the family business as its CFO-he was 19 years old when he accepted the role. Paul, 34, is a self-taught marketing/advertising aficionado who has put Jan's on the map through the use of clever advertising campaigns and special events. Paul completes his tenth year at Jan's as the marketing-buying-and merchandising vice president of the company.
